The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 09.04.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 10330 of 2025. 3. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, learned counsel for the opposite party has filed a compliance affidavit along with exemption application of Mr. Rakesh Sachan, Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division, Kasya, District Kushi Nagar-opposite party disclosing that vide order dated 09.04.2025, Writ Court has directed to decide the application of the applicant, which has been decided vide order dated 14.08.2025 and the same is also part of compliance affidavit. He next submitted that application may be dismissed as infructuous. 4. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. 5. I have perused the compliance affidavit. 6. From the perusal, it is apparent that order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party 7. Under such facts of the case, no further orders are required to be passed. 8. The contempt application is disposed of. 9. Notices are discharged.
