In our opinion, the remedy of the petitioner is to challenge the orders passed by the competent forums provided under the provisions of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices At, 1971, since the petitioner has already taken recourse to the provisions of the said Act. The petition in such circumstances, is misconceived. 2. Keeping all contentions in this petition open, the petition is disposed of with liberty to take resort to appropriate proceedings. (AJIT B.
