Though opportunity was given to the revisionist to make necessary amendment by this Court on 19.11.2024 but no amendment has been carried out till today. 2. Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The present revision has been filed against the order dated 16.04.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge / Special Judge (M.P./M.L.A.), Prayagraj in Session Trial No. 567 of 2024 (State vs. Bhanu Pratap Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 301 of 2023, P.S. Ghoorpur, District-Prayagraj, by which the discharge application moved by the revisionist has been dismissed. However, at the later stage the charge in the pending trial has been framed and the statement of witnesses are being recorded as submitted by learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2. 4. Believing the statement of learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 made at the Bar, the order dated 16.04.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge / Special Judge is concerned, the same has lost its relevance, since the charge has already been framed against the accused persons and the trial is going on. 5. There is no merits in the present revision and the same is accordingly dismissed. 6. However, it shall remain open to the revisionist to seek appropriate remedy at appropriate stage.
