In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.4 – Deputy Commissioner to fix Tastik allowance of Rs.45,000/- in respect of the temple in question by considering the representation dated 19.12.2016 (Annexure-B) to the writ petition. 3. Having taken into consideration that, the representation produced at Annexure-B is of the year 2016, the petitioner is permitted to make one more representation to the respondent No.4 – Deputy Commissioner, to consider the grievance of the petitioner.
