JOSHI Date : 12/11/2025 ORAL ORDER It appears from the records that on sad demise of learned advocate representing the petitioner, advocate notice was issued and pursuant thereto, concerned bailiff had submitted report, which indicates that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 have already been served, the petitioner no.3 has passed away and the petitioner no.4 could not be served as he has shifted to another place. Further, it is found out that the respondent no.4.3 has passed away, therefore, his legal heirs are required to be brought on record, however without getting any assistance from the petitioners to bring them on record, it is difficult for the Court to proceed further.
