It is also submitted that respondent No. 2 is the competent authority in the matter who has been approached by the petitioner by making representation. 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the pending representation of petitioner dated 12.06.2025 within a period of six from the production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law and by means of a reasoned and speaking order and in accordance with transfer policy.
