Narain Singh and others) by which the appellant has been convicted and sentenced u/s 395 I.P.C., P.S.- Khera Garh, District- Agra. 2. As per office report dated 10.09.2025, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra has sent a letter dated 07.03.2022 mentioning therein that appellant nos. 1 to 4, namely, Narain Singh, Dumber Singh, Shyam Singh and Kuver Singh have died. 3. In view of the above report, present appeal has abated and therefore, the same is dismissed as abated.
