At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents as well as counsel for the respondent nos.2&3 submits that his claim has already been decided by the concerned official and information about the same has already been given to him as is evident from Page 17 of the writ petition. In view of the above, when the Court was dismissing the petition, leaned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
