The instant writ petition has been filed challenging therein the order dated 11th February, 2025, passed by the District Minority Welfare Officer/Assistant Survey Commissioner Waqf, Saharanpur, whereby the permission granted for cutting the Eucalyptus trees had been cancelled on the ground that the land in question is recorded in the revenue record under category 6(3). 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has raised preliminary objection that the petitioner may approach the revenue authority under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for correction in the Khatauni. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he may be relegated to the concerned revenue authority for availing remedy provided under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 5. In view of aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for his remedy available under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. It is expected that if petitioner files an application for correction in the revenue record, the application shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
