The legal heir of the workman, namely, Mrs. M.Kasturi, the 1st respondent has also made an endorsement that she is receiving the said sum towards full and final settlement of the claim. 3.The demand draft of a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- has been handed over to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 5th respondent.
