Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 27.06.2025 (Annexure P-2), within a time bound manner. In view of the above, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to look into the representation dated 27.06.2025 (Annexure P- 2) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks by passing a speaking order.
