Learned counsel for petitioner is very fair as he has already advised his client that in transfer cases writ jurisdiction is normally not exercised. 3. Petitioner is transferred from Nagar Palika Parishad Sikandarabad, District Bulandshahr to Gorakhpur after serviing about 7-8 years at Sikandarabad. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is violation of transfer policy and petitioner may be accommodated either at Sikandarabad or some nearby place since his wife is in service at Sikandarabad. 5. Learned counsel for respondents submit that representation, if any, will be considered only in accordance with law. 6. In aforesaid circumstances, since petitioner is already relieved, therefore, if he joins the transferred place within a period of two weeks from today, if not already joined, and files a fresh representation, the same will be considered sympathetically and in accordance with law. 7.
