The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.2912 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Acchat Srivastava, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi. Petitioner is the power attorney holder of the owner of the land appertaining to Khata No.00479, plot No.10 total area 6800 hector situated in village- Paniyala Chandapur. The consideration amount for contract of sale of land was Rs.3, 18, 72,000/-. The informant paid Rs.25 lakhs as advance. Thereafter, it is alleged that the petitioner refused to execute the sale deed. It was submitted that the informant did not pay the entire consideration amount due to which the sale deed was not executed. This appears to be a case of civil dispute between the parties. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Acchat Srivastava, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi or his successor, in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.2912 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
