1. The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of A.B.A. No.3026 of 2024, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 31st July, 2024 passed by this Court.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present petition, A.B.A. No.3026 of 2024 is restored to its original file and stage subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- in favour of Advocates Clerk Welfare Fund, High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi and shall remove remaining defect(s), as pointed out by the office, by 17th April, 2025.
3. The present criminal miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
