The present Company Application has been filed seeking appropriate directions to the Official Liquidator to consider and verify the claim of the applicant through the Chartered Accountant and thereafter to make payment of the amount found due to her in accordance with law. 2. Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, the learned advocate appearing for the Official Liquidator has placed on record the report dated 07th August 2025. It is submitted that the Chartered Accountants, M/s. Amal Datt & Associates, have submitted the claim verification report dated 04th July 2025 in respect of the applicant. As per the said report, the total dues C/COMA/56/2024 ORDER DATED: 21/11/2025 of the applicant are assessed at Rs. 62,515/-. 3. It is further submitted that the said verification report dated 04th July 2025 was forwarded to the applicant vide letter dated 09th July 2025 for offering her comments on the report of the Chartered Accountant. 4. Learned advocate Mr. Aakash Modi, appearing on behalf of the applicant, submits that the applicant has, vide her letter dated 04th August 2025, communicated that she has no objection to the verification report submitted by the Chartered Accountant and that the same is accepted by her. It is further submitted that the applicant has also furnished her bank details and necessary documents for the purpose of disbursement. 5. In view of the above and as the applicant has accepted the verification report, the Official Liquidator is directed to pay an amount of Rs. 62,515/- to the applicant – Smt. Gangaben Nadia, widow of late Shri Jenabhai Hirabhai Nadia, ex-worker of the company (in liquidation), within a period of two weeks from today, upon verification of the bank details furnished by the applicant, through NEFT/RTGS mode.
