The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of an order dated 14.10.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.4903/2024 (LA-BDA), whereby accused Nos.2 and 3 were directed to consider the complainant's representation dated 6.12.2023, within a period of four months. 2. The accused submit that there are more than 1260 applications seeking for alternate site, regularization of revenue plots or release of land from acquisition. Accordingly, all such applications have been referred to a Committee constituted by Former District Judges. It is stated that the complainant's representation will be considered by the said Committee. 3. In view of the above, we are unable to accept that there is any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. 4. It is clarified that this would not preclude the complainant from availing of the remedies if her representation is not acceded to. 6. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
