However, during the pendency of the present petition, Respondent No. 1 concluded its inquiry and the Petitioner was found to be not guilty of sexual harassment at the workplace as defined under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. As such, the petitioner seeks liberty of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present petition. WHEREFORE, in light of the foregoing, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to take the present memorandum on record, and permit the Petitioner to withdraw the present petition, in the interest of justice and equity. 2.
