Issue Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondent No.2 to enter the name of the Petitioner in the property extract of Panchayat No.1126/1172 present no.TPC No.1172 as per registered sale deed dated 05.11.1999 vide Annexure-A and such other records. b. Any other and further relief as this honorable court deems fit and just in the ends of justice. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the application dated 21.07.2022 filed by the petitioner for causing the entry of the name of petitioner has not been considered. 3.
