The captioned Miscellaneous First Appeal was filed by the Appellants against the order dated 28.10.2021 of the Ld. Trial Court, by which the ex parte, ad-interim injunction granted in favour of the Appellants was vacated, and the Appellants' application for interim injunction was rejected. 2. The Original Suit No. 2280 of 2019 is currently in the evidence stage before the Ld. Trial Court, and has been listed for further cross- examination of PW-1 on 24.11.2025. 3. In this background, it is humbly submitted that the Appellants are no longer inclined to prosecute the captioned Appeal. It is accordingly prayed that the Appellants may be permitted to withdraw the Appeal and all the contentions of the parties before the Ld.
