The instant defective criminal revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the order dated 01.05.2024 passed by learned Special Judge (Juvenile Court) Room No. 1 / Additional Sessions Judge, Mau in Criminal Appeal No. 05 of 2024 (Abhinandan Singh vs. State of U.P. and Others) and order dated 12.09.2023 passed by Child Welfare Committee, Mau in Case No. 229/2022/14/12/022 whereby the application moved by the revisionist seeking custody of the victim has been rejected. On the matter being taken up, Ms. Anjali Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that on account of changed circumstances, revisionist does not want to press this criminal revision, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this criminal revision. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such prayer of the revisionist. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the revisionist at the Bar, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn/not pressed.
