By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for direction tot he respondent no. 2 to decide his application dated 16.05.2025 in accordance with Government Order dated 03.8.2023 and 05.05.2025 with all consequential benefits. 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 16.05.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the pending representation of petitioner dated16.05.2025 within a period of six weeks from the production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law and by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
