A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, by order dated 25.06.2024, restrained the Bank from confirming the auction sale conducted on 18.06.2024 till the next date of hearing, subject to the petitioners depositing a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- with the respondent/Bank on or before 27.07.2024. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52452 WP No. 16123 of 2024 3. Thereafter, this matter was listed on several occasions before this Court. When the matter came up on 09.12.2025, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners have not complied with the interim order passed by this Court. 5.
