Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 10.12.2024 registered as Case Crime no.0210 of 2024, under Sections 376, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act, P.S.- South Commissionerate, Kanpur Nagar, District- Kanpur Nagar. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, they may avail the remedy as available in law.
