This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Issue a direction directing the Learned Court below to decide the case no.659 of 2024 Computerized Case No.T202415510100659 Subhanti Devi versus Sewatiya Devi urf Sewati situate in Mauja Mohammadpur Baharia Tehasil (Sadar) District Mau under section 34/35 of U.P.Revenue Code, 2006 within time bound period or as fix by this Hon'ble Court which is pending before the respondent no.2/Tehasildar Tehasil Maunath Bhanjan (Sadar) District Mau during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that Case no.659 of 2024 Computerized Case No.T202415510100659 (Subhanti Devi versus Sewatiya Devi urf Sewati) under section 34/35 of U.P.Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent No.2 to decide Case no.659 of 2024 Computerized Case No.T202415510100659 (Subhanti Devi versus Sewatiya Devi urf Sewati) under section 34/35 of U.P.Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
