This writ petition was filed in the year 2012 by JKPCC Limited, now taken over by the PW(R&B), Government of UT of Jammu and Kashmir. The dispute in fact is between the two Departments of the same Government. 2. In view of this, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose the present writ petition by requesting the Chief Secretary of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir to constitute an appropriate Committee so that the dispute between the two Departments are settled amicably in accordance with law in respect of payment of royalty by the petitioner to the respondents. 3.
