1 In this writ petition, petitioners are assailing the Endorsements dated 16.02.2017 produced at Annexure-A

Series, inter alia, sought for a direction to respondent No.2 to allot a site as mentioned in Annexure-E series to the petition.
2. Heard Sri. Ajit Kalyan, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri. Mahantesh Shettar, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.1 and Sri. H.L. Pradeep Kumar,
learned counsel for the respondent No.2.
3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the
learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is forthcoming from the petition, that the petitioners have approached the respondent No.2 for allotment of sites. It is also forthcoming that the sites in respect of which petitioners are seeking allotment, have already been allotted to some of the incumbent allottees as per the Endorsements dated 16.02.2017 issued at Annexure-A series.
4. In that view of the matter, I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent No.2, that as and when respondent No.2 will call for applications for allotment of sites henceforth, during such time, it is open for the petitioners to make appropriate application in a manner known to law and if such an application is made by the petitioners, same shall be

considered by the respondent - authority. It is made clear that while considering the case of the other applicants, it is open for respondent No.2 to consider the application made by the petitioners herein, in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
