Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.63 dated 14.02.2020 registered under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom including the final investigation reprt/challan dated 25.04.2022 and order of framing charges dated 22.02.2024 passed by the Court of Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barnala as the constitution of the same would tantamount to a gross abuse of process of law. Further prayer has been made for staying the further proceedings before the trial Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies as available to him under the law. 3. Allowed to do so. 4. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
