This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "A. Issue a writ petition order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Bilhaur, District Kanpur Nagar to conclude and decide the Case No. 6323 of 2018 (Computerized Case No.T2012803410206323) (Ram Khilawan Vs. Smt.Ramsri) under Section 35(2) of U.P. Revenue Code-2006 within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." It is contended that Case No.6323 of 2018 (Computerized No.T2012803410206323), under section- 35(2) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Officer, Bilhapur, Kanpur Nagar. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expedite the aforesaid case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Officer, Bilhapur, Kanpur Nagar to decide Case No.6323 of 2018 (Computerized No.T2012803410206323), under section- 35(2) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
