Heard Sri.Raghavendra A. S., learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Though the matter is listed for orders with regard to non-compliance, this Court has taken up the matter for final disposal.
3. Petition is filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure by the wife seeking transfer of pending matrimonial case in M.C.No.5/2025 from Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal to Family Court, Tumkur.

Facts of the case in the nutshell are as under:
On account of strained matrimonial relationship, respondent/husband filed a matrimonial case for divorce in M.C.No.5/2025 on the file of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal.
5. Wife is now seeking the transfer of the said proceedings stating that she is residing in a remote village in Tumkur District and therefore, she is unable to attend the Court at Anekal on account of the geographical distance as well as the financial incapacity.
6. Having heard the arguments of learned counsel for petitioner and perused the material on record, it is noted that geographical distance and financial incapacity are no longer valid parameters for transfer of a pending case from one Court to another Court in view of the video conferencing facility.

7. Petitioner/wife can very well participate in the matrimonial case before the Anekal Court through video conferencing.
8. If the petitioner files an application before the Court at Anekal, requesting the Court to permit her to effectively participate through video conference, the learned Trial Judge at Anekal shall permit the petitioner to do so.
9. With the direction, following:
