Jal Nigam and has approached this Court that despite he got retired on 31.12.2023, but till date his retiral dues are not paid. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that U.P. Jal Nigam is facing some financial constraint, therefore, there is a delay in considering grievance of the petitioner. However, he assures that in case of any possibility, retiral dues of petitioner will be settled. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, taking note of aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that claim of the petitioner for retiral dues shall be considered expeditiously.
