Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent No.2 and 3 to ensure the fair investigation in pursuance of the first information report dated 25.05.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 211 of 2025 under section 115 (2), 352, 351 (3), 127 (2), 308 (5) and 69 of B.N.S., Police Station Phoolpur, District Prayagraj. (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 and 3 to submit the progress report about the private respondents in the said case crime number." 3. The petitioner may approach the Police Commissioner, Commissionerate Prayagraj i.e. respondent no.2 with appropriate representation, who shall ensure that investigation in the aforesaid case is done fairly and be completed expeditiously in accordance with law. 4.
