Our attention is invited to the communication dated 22nd October 2018 addressed to the petitioner informing him that the subject construction is made without the requisite permission of the Sub-Divisional Engineer, PWD Sub-Division, Pandharpur. It is submitted that the respondent no.4 is the competent authority to take action against the unauthorized structures. 4. Learned AGP appears for the respondent nos.1 to 4. 5. In view of the above, we direct the respondent no.4 to take appropriate action against the unauthorized construction in accordance with law. 6. Needless to mention that respondent no.4 shall issue notice to the respondent no.6 as well as the petitioner and upon hearing them, take appropriate action in accordance with law.
