ORDER 21.02.2025 Record of the proceedings would reveal that on 04.09.2024, the counsel for the petitioner sought time to file an application for substitution of the contemnors after the counsel for the respondents reported that the contemnors have been transferred and new incumbents have joined. On the previous date of hearing, the counsel for the petitioner yet again sought time to file substitution application. Record reveals that no such application has been filed till date by the counsel for the petitioner, so much so none appears for the petitioner today. Under these circumstances the contempt notice issued is recalled and contempt proceedings are dropped, however, with the liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the contempt petition within four weeks time from today in case cause survives.
