Heard Sri Akash Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Anadi Krishna Narayana, learned counsel for Respondents-2 to 4. 2. It appears that petitioner is confused and is not able to disclose the correct facts that deduction was made towards commutation of pension. Though petitioner was granted benefit in the year 2008 but deduction per month was commenced from the year 2013. Petitioner has already enjoyed non payment of deduction for atleast five years and according to policy deduction may be made upto 15 years which will come to an end in the year 2028, therefore, prayer of petitioner not to deduct said amount is baseless. 3. Otherwise also the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Radheshyam Shukla and others vs. State of U.P. and others, 2025:AHC:32012 is against petitioner. 4. I, therefore, do not find any reason to consider the prayer of petitioner. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
