Issue direction to the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru to dispose off G & WC.No.144/2020 within a time frame of 3 months, b. Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially G&WC. is filed before the Court at Guwahati in the year 2019 and later the same was transferred by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the year 2020 and re-numbered as G&WC. No.144/2020. Learned counsel submits that as the matter is pending from a very long time there may be a direction to the Family Court to dispose of the same. 3. G & WC.No.144/2020 is filed in the year 2019, as this Court had already directed the II Addl. Principal Judge, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34529 WP No. 24267 of 2025 Family Court, Bengaluru to dispose of the matters that are pending till the year 2020. In that view of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to pass the following: ORDER i. G & WC.No.144/2020 shall be disposed of by the II Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru by 15.12.2025. Unnecessary adjournments shall not be granted. ii. This Court is not proposing to issue notice to the respondent as disposal of a case is in the interest of both the parties. iii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. iv.
