Heard Mr. Rajat Mittal, learned counsel for the revisionist and Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 6. 3. Learned counsel appearing for both the parties submitted that Smt. Shabana and Smt. Shadab have already been substituted in the said SCC Suit, therefore, the present civil revision has become infructuous. 4.
