ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: By exercising the powers conferred under section 11(5) of the arbitration and conciliation act 1996 and be pleased to appoint Sri. Basavaraj.S.Thadahal, a Retd. district and session judge and arbitrator, Bangalore, as the sole arbitrator or any other person as sole arbitrator whose fees is to be within the reach of the petitioner, so as to adjudicate the dispute that has raised between the petitioner and respondent in respect of clause 7.3 imposed in the appointment letter dated 01.02.2020 at annexure a and for such other directions, orders etc., as this Hon'ble court may deem fit to pass under the facts and circumstances of the case, to meet the ends of justice and equity.
2. None appears for the petitioner.
3. Despite the order dated 28.11.2025, neither the process fee has been paid nor is there any appearance on the part of the petitioner.
4. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. SD/- (SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) JUDGE
