JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for both the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that although she filed an application in Form No.53 on 10.12.1998, as can be seen at Annexure-A an Endorsement seeking regularization of unauthorised occupation of 1 Acres 20 Guntas of land in Sy.No.383 of Kodiyala Karenahalli village, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagara Taluk and District, the same has not been considered till date. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the sketch prepared by the Taluka Surveyor and list of grantees as can be seen at Annexure-B, the possession of the petitioner has been clearly shown. Considering the continuous possession of the petitioner - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34588 WP No. 5413 of 2025 over the land in question, the Committee for Regularization of Unauthorized Occupation has recommended for grant of the said land in favour of the petitioner during the year 1999-2000. It is further contended that the petitioner has given a representation dated 16.05.2024 to the respondent-Tahsildar at Annexure-C, seeking issuance of Saguvali Chit after collecting Kimmath, but the said representation has not been considered till date. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to respondent No.2-Tasildar to consider the representation at Annexure-C given by the petitioner and verify from the records as to whether the Committee for Regularization of Unauthorized Occupation had passed such an order recommending the grant of land in favour of the petitioner. If it is found that the Committee had in fact passed such an order, then the Tahsildar shall proceed to consider the grievance of the petitioner for issuance of Form-10 or Saguvali Chit and after collecting the kimmath - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34588 WP No. 5413 of 2025 and the name of the petitioner shall be entered in the land records. On the other hand, if it is found that no such orders have been passed by the Committee, then the Tahsildar shall verify as to whether the case of the petitioner was considered or rejected. If no orders have been passed by the Committee on the application petitioner, then the Tahsildar shall ensure that the application filed by the petitioner is placed before the Committee for consideration and a decision in that regard shall be taken as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
