The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Miss Sushila Hansda, learned J.M, 1st Class, Giridih. The informant and the accused persons are related to each other. On 03.09.2024 at about 7:00 A.M., there was some dispute between the parties over construction of boundary wall. The petitioner along with seven other accused persons assaulted the husband of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons. It was further submitted that the informant and her husband were trying to construct the boundary wall, on the land which was in joint possession of the petitioner and the informant. Considering the nature of allegation and submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Sushila Hansda, learned J.M, 1st Class, Giridih or her successor, in connection with Jamua P.S.
