1. Heard learned Advocates for the parties.
2. We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a minor. Petitioners i.e. her in-laws demanded money as dowry for her marriage. As a result she committed suicide.
3. In view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. Application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
