1.
This petition has been filed as Public Interest Litigation (PIL) raising the alleged public cause of wrong use of basement in the urban areas of District Fazilka, Punjab in violation of the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Building Rules, 2018 and other Municipal Laws.
2.
After hearing the petitioner, who is appearing in person through virtual mode, learned State counsel has pointed out the contents of paras 3 and 4 of the petition which clearly reveal that the petitioner has an axe to grind in regard to personal dispute with his wife who is the niece of the owner of a gym situated in basement in Fazilka City.
3.
Accordingly, it is quite obvious that this PIL is being used as a camouflage for raising personal issues.
