While placing on record communication dated 30.06.2025, issued under the signatures of Special Secretary (Health) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, annexing therewith Minutes of the Meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee for promotion to the post of Assistant Professor (Super-specialty) in Nephrology Department at AIMSS, Chamiana, Shimla, Mr. B.C.Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be complied with, stands complied with. Having perused aforesaid communication, especially proceedings of the Departmental Promotion Committee, this Court finds that pursuant to directions contained in the judgment, sought to be complied with, respondents have not only convened Departmental Promotion Committee, but have also recommended the case of the petitioner herein to the competent authority for promotion to the post of Assistant Professor (Super-specialty) in Nephrology Department. Taking into consideration above mentioned communication filed by learned Additional Advocate General before this Court today, it is directed that needful be done expeditiously.
