The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Bangarapet Taluk has not considered the application filed by the petitioner at Annexure-A dated 30.11.2024. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33338 WP No. 26039 of 2025 that in terms of the compromise decree passed by the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC., K.G.F., in O.S.No.7/2007 dated 21.11.2011, the petitioner has acquired the title over 1 Acre of land in Survey No.12, New Survey No.114 of Kuppanahalli Village, Kasba Hobli, Bangarapet Taluk. The petitioner is seeking entry of his name in the revenue records in terms of the compromise decree passed by the competent civil court. However, no action is taken by the revenue authorities. 3. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Bangarapet Taluk, to consider the representation given by the petitioner at Annexure-A, verify as to whether such a compromise decree is passed by the competent civil court, issue notice to the concerned and thereafter, proceed to pass necessary orders to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33338 WP No. 26039 of 2025 within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
