By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the opposite party no.2- Commissioner, Varanasi Division, Varanasi to decide the Case No. 1075 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. C202514000001075 (Rajesh Kumar Vs. Rajesh Kumar) under Section 5Ka (8) of U.P. Cow Slaughters Act, 1955, within a short stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that D.C.M. Truck of the applicant is lying in the open space of the police station. 4. I do not find any ground to pass such order looking to the fact that number of cases are pending before the trial court waiting for its logical conclusion and in the circumstances, no such direction can be issued to decide a particular case within a stipulated time. However, it is expected that the opposite party no.2- Commissioner, Varanasi Division, Varanasi shall consider and decide of the matter pending before it, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4.
