Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction. in the nature of mandamus directing to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bijnor (U.P.) to decide the Original Misc. No. 36 of 2023 under section 7/25 Guardian and wards Act 1890 read with 13 Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act 1890 pending since 01.05.2023, expeditiously if possible within three months.." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that opposite party has appeared before the Court below and the above-mentioned case is pending consideration since 2023, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bijnor to decide the above- mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
