This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2/ Nayab Tahsildar Jahanabad, Tahsil Sadar District Azamgarh to decide Mutation case no.3908/2021 computer case no. 12021150603908 Vivek Yadav and another versus Sakaldeep under section 34/35 UP. Revenue Code 2006 early specific period preferably within one month." It is contended that Mutation Case No.3908 of 2021 (Computer No. T2021150603908), under section- 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no.2- Nayab Tahsildar Jahanabad, Tahsil Sadar District Azamgarh. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expedite the aforesaid case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondent, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Nayab Tahsildar, Jahanabad, Tahsil Sadar District Azamgarh to decide Mutation Case No.3908 of 2021 (Computer No. T 12021150603908), under section- 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
