This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari impugned notice to dated quash the 12.6.2025 issued by respondent no.5 i.e. Revenue Inspector, Tehsil-Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi under section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code against the petitioner. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the concerned respondents not to interfere and dispossess to the petitioners from the Gata No. 244A area 0.5580 hectare situated at Village Hinauta, Pargana Atharvan, Tehsil-Manjhanpur, District- Kaushambi." It is contended that notice was issued on 12.06.2025 by respondent no.5. Petitioner has a remedy to file a reply to the said show cause notice.
