By this Petition, the Petitioners have challenged the order dated 17th October, 2025 passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Pune, thereby the Petitioners are externed for six months from Solapur Districts. 2. It is contention of learned counsel for the Petitioners that without any reasonable grounds, the Petitioners have been externed for six months from Solapur District. The said externment period will come to an end on 13th December, 2025. 3. Learned APP tendered affidavit-in-reply. It is taken on record. The learned Divisional Commissioner, Pune has passed well reasoned order. No interference is required in it and requested to dismiss the Petition. 4. I have heard both the learned counsels. Perused the impugned order. 5. The Petitioners are out of Solapur district for almost six months and only four days are left to complete their externment period. Considering this fact, I pass following order : ORDER I. Writ Petition is allowed. II. The impugned order dated 17th October, 2025 passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Pune is hereby quashed and set aside. 6. Writ Petition is disposed off. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
