JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 18/03/2025 This appeal has been filed by the appellants against the order dated 03.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge. [2025:RJ-JP:12067-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-105/2025] The order dated 03.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge reads as under:- “It has been pointed out by counsel for the petitioners that in the identical nature of writ petition being S.B. Civil Writ Petition NO.1406/2025 (Joint Venture & Anr. Vs. Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. & Anr.), this Court has passed an interim order for not taking any coercive steps against the petitioners pursuant to the impugned termination order dated 23.12.2024. On behalf of respondents, counsel has put in appearance and has submitted that reply to the writ petition has been filed. Let this writ petition be listed along with S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1406/2025. In the meanwhile, no coercive steps against the petitioners in furtherance to the termination order shall be taken. Respondents would be at liberty to move application for clarification/vacation of stay order, if need so arises.” While passing of the order dated 03.02.2025, the learned Single Judge has given a liberty to the appellants for moving application of clarification/vacation of stay order. In our considered view, no case is made out for interference by this Court, as the liberty for clarification/vacation of the interim order has already been given by the learned Single Judge to the appellants. In the event of application for clarification/vacation of the interim order is filed on behalf of the appellants before the learned Single Judge, then, the learned Single Judge is requested to decide the same as early as possible. In that view of the matter, this appeal stands disposed of. (PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR),J (INDERJEET SINGH),J Upendra Pratap Singh /99
