This misc. application has been filed for impleading the old Managing Committee of 2016-2019 of Laitnongkseh L.P.School. 2. The same is vehemently objected to by Ms. B.Sun, learned counsel for the respondents No. 3 & 4, who submits that no purpose will be served in impleading the old Managing Committee, inasmuch as, the Secretary is the same person as on 2016-2019. 3. Ms. S.Nongsiej, learned counsel for the petitioner has however submitted that the object of seeking impleadment is to bring on record the correct respondent for proper adjudication of the matter. She therefore prays 2025:MLHC:326 3 that she be allowed to withdraw this misc. application and to file afresh by impleading the correct respondent. Prayer is allowed. 4.
